I’m African American with super short permed hair. How can I make it wavy?
I have super short permed hair, but I’d like to wear it flat and wavy sometimes. Using the curling iron or flat iron just give me a regular looking permed hair style. I’d like to change it up for summer. I can’t twist it because it’s too short.
