Warrangarra Dr Bedfordale 6112, how is it, how are people there, is it a good residential place?

We were thinking about buying a house around there and even looked at one in that street I think- but we needed a block that was big enough to have horses, if it wasn’t for them we probably would have bought something there.
One bad thing is that not all of Bedfordale has scheme water and so you have to have water tanks. Because it is in the hills it is often difficult (or impossible) to sink a bore so you may not have much water for your garden.
It’s true that Bedfordale is right next to Armadale which is a fairly scummy suburb but I really don’t think that causes many problems.
