Please note, that SSI is included in Federal Spending on Human Services, even though it is funded by it’s own revenue source and not part of federal spending (tax dollars) per sae. SSI is NOT welfare, as you have to pay into the fund to collect it.

Uh, you are confusing SSI and social security. They are very different programs, even though both are administered by the social security administration. SSI IS a welfare program and you didn’t pay in to collect it. What you are calling SSI in your question is social security
