My first job interview is a group :[ What kinda things are they gonna ask? American Eagle.?
I have my first job interview and of course it has to be a group.. I’m just wondering what kinda things they’ll ask and stuff..
Every job is different. But the format of a group interview (as in a group of intervers interviewing you) is not a big issue because it’s basically multiple people asking you the usual interview questions rather than just one person asking the same set of questions. I would just be honest and be confident and be yourself no matter what the questions are. Don’t try to be so staged because you’ll appear phony? Most people who interview you want to know you have potential, a good head on your shoulders and look for what value YOU can bring to the company. Highlight your strong points.
Most retail stores want to hear how you handle customers, do you have a winning personality, what have you done in the past in various situations, are you on time, what are you looking for in a career.
