
Are any of these ingredients in my gluten free snack bar unhealthy?
Brown Rice Syrup, Evaporated Cane Juice, Brown Rice Flakes, Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Dried Apple, Sunflower Seed Butter, Evaporated Cane Juice, Salt, Fig Paste, Vegetable Glycerin, Expeller-pressed vegetable oil, sunflower oil, beet fiber, ground flaxseed, natural caramel flavor, xanthan gum, baking soda, cinnamon.
It is a gluten free apple caramel bar. Thanks
I’d say no…. some of those things aren’t really considered ‘unhealhty’, but they still shouldn’t be eaten all the time (cane juice, brown rice syrup)…
But for a caramel apple bar? thats pretty good =)
