Flakes Lowest
How much weight could I lose in a month?

If I ate enriched bran flakes cereal for breakfast, low-fat strawberry yogurt for lunch, scrambled eggs or broccoli for dinner, 10 push-ups,50 jumping jacks, walk, and 80 crunches as a workout, how much weight would I lose in a month?

Possibly 10 pounds or more.
