Is it bad to drink 2 of the vials of the alcachofa extract at once with your choice of beverage?
I have been taking the alcachofa extract that comes 10 in a box in glass vials for 1 week and a half.At first it would surpress my appetite but now it seems like if I didn’t even drink them like an hr later..what’s the harm if I double the dosage?HELP!
I would say, avoid them, as doubling could cause intestinal damage. If you have further questions, ask your own physician. To suppress your appetite healthfully, eat one apple twenty minutes before each meal. Don’t enrich quacks.
