In NGC Coin Grading terminology, what does PFUC and PFCA mean?
In numismatics PFUC means proof ulta cameo and PFCA means proof cameo. I am not sure what NGC uses the abbreviations for, but they should mean the same. They are not the only ones to use those designations. Grading companies have the tendancy to use words that sell their graded coins. Most true collectors know of the tricks the companies do, as well as their mistakes.
