I need your help about my body ?
I am Currently a 16 years old guy, weights 98 Kilo Grams and wants to know the best way to lose weight I have a gorgeous face my lifestyle in my resident place KSA prevents me from my actives so … I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT coz I am obsessed with my body and how I look I always wash my hair and take good care of my nails and my problem is weight however I am not from KSA I am canadian and will soon reach canada so please help me and give me some hints thanks in advance psssst, my height is 176 thanks ……

If you want to lose weight, then you should eat only fruits and veggies, and not anything else. Don’t eat anyhting after 7 pm, and drink LOTS of water. Drink 3 cups of green tea a day. Cut out all other foods and drinks except for fruits, veggies, green tea, and water. Have three meals of fruits and veggies a day, (you can eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want cuz its mainly just water) and drink all throughout the day. Anywhere you would normally drive, walk. Try to do 100-200 sit-ups a day, and run for 1-2 hrs a day. Don’t eat anything after 7 pm, and nothing until 9 pm the next morning. Don’t eat anything right before you work out, and you’ll burn alot of fat. Do NOT weigh yourslef everyday, that’s just torment. Try weighing yourself every 5-6 days.
