How long will a 5 and a half pound pork roast take in the slow cooker?
I have a 5 1/2 pound pork shoulder, 1 bag of carrots, 2 cans italian stewed tomatoes….how long should it take in the slow cooker?
I’d do 8 on low. Mine was just fine at 8. Plenty tender.
