1990 Eagle Talon TSi head replacement cost?
I am thinking about buying an eagle talon that would need a new head put on, around how much would that cost if i brought it to a mechanic
well if the head is cracked you will need a new one, but most likely the timing skipped and it just needs new valves. the labor is going to be expensive just because it does take awhile to remove the head, you’ll also want to throw on a new timing belt while you’re at it. its hard to say the cost because it depends on how much the shop charges per hour, but i would guess somewhere around 320 for just the head work, plus labor to remove and reinstall.
