Where can I find some nice summer-mini-dresses FOR UNDER 20$$$?

Sometimes you can find cute stuff in the sleepwear sections at department stores. If it’s t shirt material you really can’t tell it’s meant to be pajamas and I’ve found that they’re usually cheaper too. I’m in the U.S but I just bought this dress and I wear it over my jeans.
