How to order US mint stamps and First Day Covers from India?
My cousin is a stamp collecter and wants US mint stamps and US Cancelled First Day Covers (FDC). How can he obtain it without depending on any family member in US? Can he order online from India?
I believe he should be able… my step-daughters did it from the Philippines for several years.
