How do you make mint sauce for chicken tikka?
I have tried everywhere to get the recipe for the mint sauce they give you in an indian resturant with Tandoori chicken or onion bargees every recipe I have found is for cucumber and mint rathia.
I want to make the yellow stuff
Can anyone help

1 cup natural yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar dissolved in a little warm water
Quarter teaspoon turmeric
handful fresh mint leaves finely chopped
or 1 teaspoon mint from a jar
Mix & enjoy!!
