How toned will my legs get if I walk every day for a half an hour?
OK, so by summer the VERY first day of summer, how nicely toned will my legs be? Fast pased walking. for 20 or 30 minutes.

you’ll lose weight and have a flatter belly (seriously, walks do WONDERS for your abs) but as far as your legs… you need to be doing squats and running and other exercises for TONED legs… they’ll be slim but not toned
