how to make my 10 year old son eat?
my son eats only chicken nuggets,pizza and pan cakes (no syrup) I have tried every thing from bribes to telling he eats what I give him or he gets nothing. He would choose eating nothing. When he tries a new food he will throw up can any one help or has any one worked through this?
empty the house of chicken nuggets, piza and pancakes. Tell him to eat what you fix, if he doesn’t
it’s on him. I am sure he will get the hint, kids hate to be hungry.you giving in to be a good mom isn’t gonna help so quit supplying them, if he was a crackhead would ya buy him crack?
Pancakes pizza and chicken nuggets are not a dinner or a lunch . tell him until he starts to eat more you won’t buy them. feels heartless I know but it’s time at his age to stop allowing bad eating habits. If he does for a week or two reward him 1 night only a pizza or the nuggets.
