How to make simple dishes?
Im from malaysia, Malaysians love sweet, sour and spicy, but must have savory…bitter is a bit on the no-no side…
Can u give me recipes on
1) Black fungus
2) Fried pasta (as we commonly use woks and pans)
3) Asparagus is very rare for us…can you give me simple recipe regarding it?
4) Anything simple western food, as long as its fresh (not from packets like frozen burgers, nuggets, etc)

Asparagus, break the tough ends off. Cut in half to fit your saucepan, if pan is bit leave whole. Cook in lightly salted boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Asparagus can also be stir fried.
The pasta in stirfries is usually noodles. Cook as per directions on package and add to stirfries just before your stirfry is finished cooking to heat through and blend with the flavours.
