How to Use Aromatherapy Essential Oil?
Aromatherapy essential oils are fickle and liquid scent elements from natural sources, normally plants. Add up 10 (20 for 4 oz.) drops of liquid vitamin E (2 – 4 capsules) and agitate. Vitamin E is an inhibitor for the vegetable oils, plus best for the skin. Pour a tablespoonful in hand, rub hands together and massage on the body. Carry on adding more as required. If the client has a cold, put two drops of Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globules) or Ravensara in the face rocker.
