is my 1989 silver, 1 ounce coin worth anything?
i have one ounce of .999 pure silver…its a 1989 coin…with a liberty bell on one side…does anybody know???
You do not have a coin but what is called a silver round, it is actually in the medal class. No U.S. mint item was issued in 1989 with a liberty bell on it. It is worth what ever the spot price of silver is on the day you sell it, minus a percentage so the dealer can make a profit. With silver going up it would be wise to hold on to it.
