i have this old chinese coin and i’m wondering what its worth?
i was given this old chinese coin by my mother who said her grandfather got it when he was in the military.. i looked it up and apparently its from the Hsien Feng period and its a 10 cash coin and its in perfect condition.. but i couldnt find anything saying how much it is worth today. anyone have any idea?
It depends on which variety you have. There are quite a few different 10 cash coins of Emperor Wen Tsung 1850-1861. He used the reign title Hsien-Feng from 1851-1861. They range in value from a $1 to at least $30 with just a quick look at the values. I need photo’s (Sharp ones) of both sides to tell which one you have.
