Once you’re walking at a reasonably good pace and feel ready, You may be ready for jogging. From there, you can go on to more vigorous exercises.
There should be no excuse for you to not go out and walk even a short distance daily. You can always find time to walk around your office building, or the block. If that’s not possible, get a gym membership and get on a treadmill. There are multiple ways to skin this exercise cat.
