What games feature interesting architecture ?
I am looking for PC / video game titles that have realistic (or at least interesting) level design inspired by real world architecture. For example Rainbow Six had a replica of the LA convention center as well as good looking houses and office buildings. Thief 2 had mansions in an Art Deco style.
Many other titles only feature generic factory or urban settings that don’t stand out, which is why I am looking for your recommendations.
I should add that I was looking for ready made level architecture, not something that you have to provide on your own as is the case with the Sims.
You can do a lot in the Sims 2. Beyond that there really is not many games that do this. In Sims 2 you can go to other sites and download add ons that give you better custom and creative designs and ideas to do for houses. Someone once made a gigantic Atlantis building that looked very nice and all that. Looked just like a palace and everything. Sims 2 is your best bet until Sims 3 comes out, but that would be after Spore comes out first, though.
