How much is my ring worth?
My boyfriend and I are in a debate whether or not my great-grandmother’s ring is worth any money. It has to date back to the late 1800′s maybe early 1900′s and I’m told it’s made from black hill’s gold. It has a thin band with a tiny ruby that’s probably about a tenth of a carat. I have no interest in selling it, I’m just curious of it’s value.
the only way to get an idea on value is to get it apparised by an independant (preferably) jeweller.there are so many variables and it needs to be seen to get a true value
