i don’t have photo id because i lost my school id cards. and i am too young to have a drivers license can i just use a copy of my birth cetificate?
Most of the time they don’t ask to see ID – you should have the “Attempt to Deliver Mail” that shows they
tried to deliver it to you. They can refuse, and then you’d need a parent.
