Many politicians have been called “Walking Eagle”, and it’s based on an old joke that goes back 40 or more years. The joke goes that ( insert name here ) addressed the local Native American tribes at a dinner. At the close of the speech, one Chief was heard proclaiming that ( insert name here ) should be henceforth known as “Walking Eagle”. The other Chiefs agreed, because they knew that “Walking Eagle” is the name given to “a bird who is so full of Sh*t that he can no longer fly.”
